Persia is an ancient civilization with a turbulant history that has created a unique heritage of colours, flavours and culture. Persia is my home.

Flight & New beginning
Twelve years ago I had to flee from my home in Iran. For a while I managed to sustain myself by selling sweet pastries from a wheelbarrow on the streets of Turkey. In 2015 I had the chance to start a new life and a new career in Germany. Starting as an apprentice, I gradually honed my skills in patisserie, eventually reaching the pinnacle while working at the esteemed Adlon Kempinski. Throughout this remarkable journey, my dream of owning a patisserie began to take shape.
Craft
Pattiserie is my way of sharing my cultural heritage and expressing my outlook on life.
Every piece I create carries a memory of home. Infused with natural sweetness from honey, dates, or the pure essence of ripe fruits, combined with traditional Persian aromas like saffron and rose water, I craft intricate flavors that will linger in your memory. Moreover, many Persian pastries are gluten-free, utilizing alternative flours such as ground chickpeas.
